IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PRICING DURING TRADE FAIRS (MESSE):
Businesses visit trade fairs in Germany and Switzerland to ensure 60-95% of their yearly gross sales are negotiated through making contacts at the Fair.
Due to high demand during trade fair periods, prices of hotel rooms are higher than normal off-peak rates. For example a single room in Germany in a 3 star hotel during off-peak cost approx. Euro 70.00, during the trade fairs you can expect to pay as high as 280.00 for the same room.
All trade fair visitors wish to stay in the city centre and ideally 5 mins walking distance to the Fair- prices for rooms in that close proximity can reach Euro 900.00 per night or higher.
On your confirmation/invoice a location of the rooms will be provided and with payment the customer acknowledges the contract to be completed.
Cancellation fees are 100% during trade fair periods, please ensure you poses a valid travel insurance premium to cover against cancellation charges.
